Content guidelines for adult AI video creation

These guidelines set out what you may and may not create in the CreatePorn studio, and the rights and responsibilities that apply to every prompt, reference image, and generated video. Read them before you submit your first request — and keep them in mind every time you create or share.

Consenting adults only

Use the service only for lawful adult creative work. Every person depicted must be an adult who has freely given consent specific to the intended use. Before you create, you confirm that you are an adult; that confirmation is a self-acknowledgement that records your statement and does not by itself verify identity. We do not knowingly provide the service to minors.

Prohibited content

The following are never allowed, no matter how the media is framed, and no prompt, word choice, or "workaround" changes that:

  • Any content involving minors, or that depicts or appears to depict a minor, even if AI-generated.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
  • Sexual violence, exploitation, or abusive content.
  • Deceptive deepfakes and impersonation of real people, including public figures.
  • Illegal content, or content that promotes harm to a person or group.

Prompts, references, and outputs

You are responsible for the rights behind every input. For text prompts, keep every described person clearly adult. For reference images, use media you created yourself or have documented permission to process, as outlined on the Trust and Safety page. Your prompts and the video you generate are yours to keep, within the bounds of the Terms of Service.

Intellectual property and your rights

Respect copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property. Do not build a generation around protected characters, logos, or branded content you have no right to use. You retain the rights to your own prompts and to the output you generate in the studio, subject to the Terms of Service and to any rights that third parties may hold in the inputs you provide.

Privacy of your content

Your media is private by default across every tool on the CreatePorn platform. In line with the Privacy Policy, the essentials are:

  • Inputs and outputs are private within CreatePorn; there is no public gallery.
  • We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated videos to train AI models.
  • We do not sell your data.
  • Retention, deletion, and your privacy rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your audience, including content, age, and data-privacy laws in your jurisdiction. Legal rules vary by location; where requirements conflict, the stricter one applies. These guidelines do not replace legal advice.

Share AI-generated video responsibly

Do not present generated media in ways that deceive, harass, exploit, or misrepresent people. Where viewers could reasonably mistake synthetic media for an authentic event, add clear context and label the content as AI-generated. Review every video before you share it: confirm the output matches your intent, that you have the rights to its source material, and that it makes no misleading claims about real people or events.

Who can I depict in my videos?

Only adults who have freely given consent specific to the intended use. You can work from original concepts, or use a real person's likeness only with their informed consent for that specific use.

Can I use a photo of a real person?

Only if that adult has given informed consent for this specific use. A photo being publicly available does not make it authorized. Non-consensual intimate imagery and impersonation of real people, including public figures, are prohibited.

What content is not allowed?

Any minor-related content (even AI-generated), non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, exploitation, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation of real people, and illegal or harmful content are all prohibited.

Do I own what I create?

You retain the rights to your prompts and to the output you generate, subject to the Terms of Service and to any rights third parties may hold in your inputs. Respect all copyright and trademarks in what you build.

Is my content private?

Yes. Inputs and outputs are private within CreatePorn by default, there is no public gallery, and we do not train models on or sell your content. Storage, retention, and deletion details are in the Privacy Policy.
